Don't forget we've been through this thirty years ago.We had a discussion about whether Pembrokeshire needed a good quality District General Hospital. In my opinion, all the arguments that were used then, about why we needed a new hospital in the county of Pembrokeshire, are still valid today.
You can't escape the geography, we are out on a limb here in Pembrokeshire and we have a growing population...
We need good quality hospital services located in the heart of the county.

We have received a tremendous amount of correspondence from residents in the Havens opposing the downgrading of the hospital. We on the FOCUS team will continue to offer our support to SWAT, as i'm sure do most of the residnets of the Havens where Liberal Democrat Cllr Bill Philpin is the elected representative on Pembrokeshire County Council."
